We do not work from a fixed list of services. If it is something we can organise, source, coordinate or resolve through our team and network of partners, we start by understanding what you need. From the simplest to the most complex requests, the starting point is always the same: tell us what you need.

No. We work with individuals, families, businesses, travel advisors, agencies and international partners. The way we work adapts to who is on the other side — the level of attention does not.

Yes. We work throughout mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira through a selected network of local partners and suppliers. Coordination always remains centralised with Unconditional.

Every request is different. Once we understand exactly what you need, we present a proposal and budget tailored to the service, its complexity and the level of follow-through required.

It starts with a conversation. We want to understand what you need, what occupies your time and where we can make a difference. From there, we propose the best way to work with you — on a specific request or through ongoing support.

Yes. You can turn to Unconditional for a one-off need or for recurring support. Not every relationship begins the same way — many simply start with something that needed to be resolved.

Yes. Our work does not end once a booking is made. Whenever the contracted service includes follow-through, we remain available to coordinate changes, resolve the unexpected and ensure continuity throughout the entire experience.
