What we do matters.

Unconditional was born in Portugal, out of the experience of its founder, Carolina Cunha, after years dedicated to hospitality, to service and to looking after people. It was also born of a simple conviction: when someone entrusts us with something, we take on that responsibility as if it were our own.

We know Portugal not just as a destination, but as home. We know the places, the behind-the-scenes, the professionals and the right people for every need. It is that local knowledge, built with time, real relationships and experience, that we put at the service of those who trust us.

We created Unconditional to be that point of trust. A single contact between what needs to happen and the right people to do it exceptionally well. A carefully chosen network of hotels, restaurants, houses, experiences, suppliers and professionals, united by the same level of standards.

Our vision goes beyond organising trips, bookings or requests. We want to build lasting relationships with people, companies and partners who value the same attention, responsibility and way of caring.

We work closely because we believe true service begins by knowing who is on the other side. We follow every request, know every detail and keep a direct relationship with those who trust us. We grow with judgement, precisely to preserve that.
